SHUFFLE OFF TO BUFFALO - Saturday, March 11, 2017 -Day Forty-one - Pittsburgh, PA
Slept in a bit today. No long drive. After a delicious breakfast we headed to Pittsburgh to check out the home show at the Convention Center. There were two huge floors of displays and its always nice to get new ideas for decorating etc. Bought a glass cutting tool, a wooden fish and some Girl Scout cookies but that was all. Afterwards we went to the German Club, Teutonia Mannerchor, founded in 1854 by Carole's great-great grandfather. The beer was great and the bartender even gave Ron and I mugs to take with us. We went home and spent a relaxing evening with Carole and Earle. They once again displayed their great culinary and hospitality skills. Thanks so much for offering us such wonderful accommodations when we pass through Pittsburgh!
