Camping trip to Maine - September 19, 2017 - Day Seven- Mount Desert Campground, Mount Desert, ME to New London Ferry, CT to Orient Point, NY to Wading River, NY

Up and out before 8:00 and thankfully it wasn't raining as predicted so it made it easier. It seems as though we should be able to take the ferry at 4:00. Some departures have been cancelled because of Jose but right now we are still a go. It didn't start raining until we got into Massachusetts.

It was a relaxing vacation that brought back great memories of previous family trips to Maine.  I think the A-liner will get packed away for the winter as we head to warmer climes i.e. California, Australia and Florida. Then we'll figure out where our future camping trips will take us next year - maybe the Outer Banks or Assateague. Who knows?
